Pastor Lou was the Senior Pastor at Wheaton, Illinois Evangelical Free Church since 1991 and was elected Moderator of the Evangelical Free Church of America in the summer of 2005. His education includes a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry from Talbot School of Theology.
